Manage Hospitals
Here is well organized list of hospitals (if added) along with their details. As per role assigned to you; you can perform various orations (add, edit, delete) on it.
Add new button will allows you to add new record in hospital. Actions columns allows you to edit and delete particular record.
Add New Hospital
By hitting "Add New" button from manage hospitals you will be redirected to this page will shows various fields for adding new hospital record.
Please note that all below fields are required to fill with appropriate data.
Edit Hospital Detail
You can easily modify previously added record of hospital. Edit icon is available for each record in Manage Hospital.
