Add New Hospital

By clicking "Add New" button from manage hospitals user will be redirected to this page will shows various fields for adding new hospital record.

Hospital module allow user to create new hospital if they have necessary permission or role is given by the admin.

• Add name and Email ID of hospital.

• Add Contact or concern person 's name.

• Add mobile number, phone number & address

• Click on Submit.

Manage Hospitals

Here is well organized list of hospitals (if added) along with their details. As per role or permission assigned to users; they can perform various orations (add, edit, delete) on it.

• Add new button allows user to create new hospital.

• Actions columns allows you to edit and delete particular record.

• User can view multiple entries (10,25,50 & 100) as per the requirement.

• User can search or find particular hospital record from search bar.

User can easily modify previously added record of hospital. Edit icon is available for each record in action columns.
