Users can add records for equipment that require regular maintenance.
Hospital Select any hospital name.
Department Select any department name.
Unique ID Select unique ID.
Equipment Name After selecting both options above, it gets automatically fetched.
Serial Number it gets automatically fetched.
Company it gets automatically fetched.
Model it gets automatically fetched.
Call Handle Select any one option internal or external.
Report Number Add the report number if the external option is selected.
Call registration date & time Add call registration date & time.
Next due date Selct next due date.
Working status The status that was added when creating new equipment will be displayed automatically.
Nature of problem Describe it's nature of the problem.
Add New Preventive Maintenance
View Preventive Maintenance records (10,25,50&100).
Edit or modify the Preventive Maintenance.
Remove Preventive Maintenance record.
Apply search or find particular records in searchbar.
User can change earlier added breakdown maintenance records if required.
Attend call- preventive is required to fill in the following details.
Call attend date & time
The user is required to add a particular date and time on which the call has been attended.
User(Who attended)
Select the name who attended the call from the list of added users.
Service Rendered
Provide service descriptions rendered by the service providers.
Remarks
Add remarks if required.
Working status
Select the current working status of the equipment.
