# Departments
The department module allows users to insert equipment records department- wise for the different hospitals.To access department-categorized equipment,users must first create departments using this.
### Add Departments
To creat new department, user is required nevigate the add department option.
* Insert department name.
* Insert its short name of 5 charcters only Eg. ICU
Add new department
### Manage Departments
Manage departments allows users :
* Add New department.
* View department records (10,25,50&100).
* Edit or modify the department.
* Remove department record.
* Apply search or find particular records in searchbar.
### Edit Department
User can modify the previously added records as per their need.
### Delete Department
User can remove department entries if they are not required.
