Breakdown Maintenance encompasses all the records of call for which user has to make call to the service engineers or vendors for the Maintenance for the already failed or broken equipment.

Breakdown Maintenance encompasses all the records of call for which user has to make call to the service engineers or vendors for the Maintenance for the already failed or broken equipment.

Here User is required to insert records of made calls for the already broken or failed equipment.
Hospital
Select hospital name from the options already added.
Department
Choose department.
Unique ID
Select the Unique ID of failed equipment.
After selecting Unique ID, Equipment data, Serial number, Company, and Model name data will be automatically fetched as the user does not need to select them manually. Afterwards, the user can not modify any of them. To change the user should change the equipment ID first.
Call Handle
Select any one External or Internal.
Internal indicates - Select internal if it is repaired by internal service providers who already exists in the organization.
External indicates - Select External if it is repaired by external service providers who do not exist in the organization.
Report Number
If External is selected then the user will see the report number filed in which the user is required to add the number to match or verify call entry records with the third-party service providers or vendors.
Call Registration date & time
Insert the date and time on which the call is registered.
Working status
The status that was added when creating new equipment will be displayed automatically.
Nature of problem
Describe issues with the equipment.
Is Contamination?
Select Contamination if required.
Add New Breakdown Maintenance
View Breakdown Maintenance records (10,25,50&100).
Edit or modify the Breakdown Maintenance.
Remove the Breakdown Maintenance record.
Apply search or find particular records in the search bar.
Users can change earlier added breakdown maintenance records if required.
Attend call- breakdown is required to fill in the following details.
Call attend date & time
The user is required to add a particular date and time on which the call has been attended.
User(Who attended)
Select the name who attended the call from the list of added users.
Service Rendered
Provide service descriptions rendered by the service providers.
Remarks
Add remarks if required.
Working status
Select the current working status of the equipment.
The user will be confirmed before removing the breakdown maintenance entry.
