# Reports

### **Time Indicator Report**

It shows the total time taken for each piece of equipment, including who attended the call, the response time, the breakdown time, and the time taken to complete the call.

Here, the User can apply different filters to generate their customized report as per their requirement.

The user can obtain the filtered records in Excel or PDF format.

### Call Entry Report

It shows the total number of equipment along with their working status in the system by applying filters.

It can be exported into Excel or PDF format.
