Users can add new equipment from here by adding the required details.

Users can easily upload documents and images related to the equipment during the editing process.
Users can upload documents in the specified format. To upload additional equipment images, they must first upload a thumbnail image.
Users can remove the Equipment if it is not required from the action column.
Users can View the QR code for the added equipment records individually. Note A QR code is automatically generated and assigned to new equipment. If a QR code isn't already created, it will be done so automatically.
It enables the users to view the history or entire details of equipment till date.
It includes :
Basic details.
Thumbnail Image
Call entries ( Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance) of particular equipment (If it is added).
Calibration entries of particular equipment. (If it is added)
Report an issue by clicking the 'Create Breakdown' button if needed. This feature allows users to create a new record of breakdown equipment from the equipment history, instead of using the call entry module in the web app. Additionally, any user can report an issue by scanning the equipment's QR code with a mobile phone, without requiring login.
Name
Add Equipment name.
Short name
Add short or breif name of Equipment.
Company
Add Manufacturing company of it.
Model
Add Equipment Model Number.
Serial number
Add serial number.
Hospital
Select hospital for which it is being created. (First create hospital from Hospital Module.)
Department
Select department.( First need to create department from department)
Purchase date
Select date on which it was purchased.
Order date
Select date on which it was ordered.
Installation date
Select date on which it was installed.
Warranty date
Add warranty duration of Equipment
Service Engineer number
Add Service Engineer's contact number.
Working Status
Add the current working status of the equipment. The status entered when creating new equipment will be displayed in the Call Entry module. Notes: If the status of the equipment is changed from the Call Entry module, the updated status will be reflected in the Equipment module. However, if there are both types of call entries (i.e., Breakdown and Preventive) or multiples created for the same equipment, the status of the latest entry, based on the creation date, will be considered."
Critical
Select Equipment's Criticality status.
Notes
Add notes if required.
