Users can manage them individually according to the hospitals. Click on the add new button to create new equipment. ### Add Equipment Users can add new equipment from here by adding the required details.

Lable Name	Description
Name	Add Equipment name.
Short name	Add short or breif name of Equipment.
Company	Add Manufacturing company of it.
Model	Add Equipment Model Number.
Serial number	Add serial number.
Hospital	Select hospital for which it is being created. (First create hospital from Hospital Module.)
Department	Select department.( First need to create department from the department)
Purchase date	Select date on which it was purchased.
Order date	Select date on which it was ordered.
Installation date	Select date on which it was installed.
Warranty date	Add warranty duration of Equipment
Service Engineer number	Add Service Engineer's contact number.
Working Status	Add the current working status of the equipment. The status entered when creating new equipment will be displayed in the Call Entry module. Notes: If the status of the equipment is changed from the Call Entry module, the updated status will be reflected in the Equipment module. If there are multiple call entries for the same equipment, the system will always show the most recent update. No matter which entry it came from, the latest action (attended or completed) will be shown so that the equipment status is always up to date and accurate.
Critical	Select Equipment's Criticality status.
Notes	Add notes if required.

#### Manage Equipment includes the following functionalities: * **Add New Equipment.** * **Show Entries(10,25,50 & 100).** * **To find particular records.** * **Users can modify and delete the already added records.** * **Users can view the QR code and the history of the equipment individually.** * **Users can export the data in PDF and Excel form.** * **Apply the filter by working status and department.** ### **Export to Excel** Now, users can have the option to personalize their **Excel** export according to their needs.

### **Export to PDF** Users can now customize their **PDF** export to fit their specific needs.

### Edit Equipment Users can easily upload documents and images related to the equipment during the editing process. Users can upload documents in the specified format. To upload additional equipment images, they must first upload a thumbnail image.

### Delete Equipment Users can remove the Equipment if it is not required from the action column.

### View QR Code Users can view the QR code for the added equipment records individually. \ \ **Note** \ **A QR code is automatically generated and assigned to new equipment. If a QR code isn't already created, it will be created automatically.**

### View History It enables the users to view the history or the entire details of the equipment to date.

Setting Module Enabled QR scanning for creating breakdown entry

**It includes :** * **Basic details.** * **Thumbnail Image** * **Call entries ( Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance) of particular equipment (If it is added).** * **Calibration entries of particular equipment. (If it is added)** ### **Create Breakdown** * A Report an issue by clicking the '**Create Breakdown**' button if needed. This feature allows users to create a new record of breakdown equipment from the equipment history, instead of using the call entry module in the web app. Additionally, any user can report an issue by scanning the equipment's QR code with a mobile phone, without requiring a login. \ \ **With Login** \ \ The image below will be shown only when the existing user is trying to access equipment history or its assigned QR code and create breakdown call entry.

\ \ **Without Login** \ This image will be shown only when a new or non-existing user or guest user tries to access the QR \ Code for assigned equipment and create a new breakdown entry.

### **Note** ### **Permission from the settings module is required to report an issue. This allows admins to manage whether guest users or any user can create breakdown entries, giving admins more control over user actions.** {% hint style="info" %} {% endhint %}
