It reminds the user about equipment maintenance and shows how many days are remaining until it is due.it includes two types of reminders 1. Preventive and 2. Calibrations

Preventive Maintenance Reminder

It includes all the equipment that is recorded in the preventive maintenance module.It informs the user about the remaining days until the next service hence the user does not need to manually add records for the reminders.

Note:

In the reminder module, there is a condition like that before 20 days of the due date, the user will get a reminder in this section if a user creates a new entry for the same equipment in those days then the user will not get a reminder for the old entry and it considers new entry of call entry and based on that entry it gives the reminder before 20 days of that due date.

Calibrations Reminder

It includes all records of equipment that are added to the calibration module and require maintenance at regular intervals.

Note:

In the reminder module, there is a condition like that before 20 days of the due date, the user will get a reminder in this section if a user creates a new entry for the same equipment in those days then the user will not get a reminder for the old entry and it considers new entry of call entry and based on that entry it gives the reminder before 20 days of that due date.
