# Upcoming calls

**Under "Upcoming Calls," the app user can only see calls for the equipment they have created after logging into the app or web app. Although all hospitals are assigned to them, they cannot view calls related to those hospitals by any other user within Equicare.**

**The upcoming calls are available for preventive call records only. The upcoming calls section will show only the latest five preventive call records. The system will consider the most recent 5 entries where the call registration date falls on the next five days.**

Once the user clicks the **‘View All’ button,** they can see all call records (preventive and breakdown).

Upcoming calls include the **“Attend Call”** entry and **“View All Call Records.”** The app user is required to fill in the fields to attend a call, after which it will disappear from the upcoming list, but will still be displayed under “View All Entries.
