# Sign in

### The Super Admin must have created an account for the app user or service repairer from the admin panel.

#### Service repairers or app users can only sign in from the app; they cannot register themselves.

Access credentials for app users are to be issued by the admin to enable account sign-in.

**Add the following credentials:**\
**Email:** <master@admin.com>\
**Password:** password\
\
To access the app, users must log in using the credentials provided above. If new credentials are required, users must submit a request to obtain them.<br>
