User can create a new QR code for each equipment. After creation,the QR codes need to be assigned to the respective equipment.By scanning the QR code, users can access all the details of the equipment
A QR code is automatically assigned to new equipment if it is already created in QR Code module.
If a QR code isn't already created in QR code module, it will be assigned automatically to Equipment.
Manage QR Generate
Create QR
Enter the number of QR codes to generate and click on the submit.
Generate up to 100 QR codes only in every generation.
Print Stickers
This feature enables admins to print filtered QR codes, including the latest QR, printed QR, and all available QR codes.
It prints all the Stickers in PDF Form.
First, select the number of QR codes to be printed in one row, which can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6.
Insert the text that you want to display below each QR code. For example, "Scan and Use QR code."
Latest QR Code: Includes newly generated QR codes that have not yet been printed.
All QR Codes: Includes all QR codes, both newly generated and already printed.
Printed QR Codes: Includes all previously printed QR codes, which can be reprinted by the admin.
Print History for QR
It displays the history of printed QR codes along with the date and time, and also indicates when more than one user has printed the same QR code from their login.
A login user can view the history only when the permission for the QR Generate module is assigned. There is no separate permission for QR print history; the module just needs to be assigned to the login user.
