# Add equipment

Under this, add equipment, the user can create new equipment by scanning a QR code from the gallery, or by directly scanning.

## **Scan the QR code and create new equipment**

**Name**: Add equipment name

**Short name**: Add short name of equipment, e.g, Cardio Gram - CG

**Company**: Enter the company name of the equipment.

**Model**: Enter the model name

**Serial name**: Enter the serial number

**Hospital**: Select the hospital name
